I have replaced my presentation file on Slideshare but my embed is still showing the old presentation. Why?

I have had the same problem, but clearing the cache, using a different browser, or waiting - even a day! - hasn't made a difference. That's true for two presentations I replaced - but NOT for another! I'm not aware of any difference between the files or the procedure I used.
