You can try using the non Flash uploader. Click on the Trouble uploading? link on the right and upload the files using the (non Flash) upload button.

We are now transitioning from Flash to a HTML5 technology. We are working on converting all presentations to HTML format; this is an ongoing process and will take some time.  There is no user action required from your part; till this happens, you will continue to see the Flash version.
