Can I schedule a Zipcast and send an invite?

Our PRO members can schedule a Zipcast and invite attendees through e mail, Facebook or Twitter. The feature is now available in the PRO dashboard under the 'Conduct Meetings' section. To learn how to do this, follow the steps below:

  • Login to Slideshare.
  • Go to the PRO dashboard and click on 'Conduct Meetings'.
  • You can enter a Meeting Title if you wish and password protect your Zipcast by clicking on the 'Password protect my meeting' checkbox.
  • Select the presentation with which you want to do a Zipcast for by clicking on the Select Presentation drop down.
  • You can either select 'Start Now' tab to start your Zipcast immediately or enter the date for when you want to schedule it by selecting the 'Schedule' tab.
  • If you have a scheduled Zipcast, you can view the upcoming meeting on the right side of the screen under 'Upcoming meetings' tab.
