In case you do not receive the email please check your Bulk/ Spam mail folder. It is possible that this mail might go to your Bulk/ Spam mail folder. 

You might have made a typo in your email address when you created your account. Once you login you can change the email address you registered with.

If all fails, just request a new verification email - follow the steps below:

• Login to SlideShare
• Go to the drop down menu on the top right corner and select  Edit Profile
• Click on the Resend Verification Email link on top of the page
• The account verification email would be resent to you
