First of all, make sure you want to permanently delete your account. Once you delete, there is no going back (your content, information will not be recoverable).

If you are sure you want to delete your account, follow these steps:

• Login to SlideShare
  
  
• Click on Account Settings from the drop-down menu at the top right
  
  
  
  
• Click on Advanced tab on the bottom
  
  
  
  
• Click on Delete Account
  
  
  
  
• Verify  that you really do want to delete your account
• Click on Proceed
• Enter password and select applicable reasons for deleting the account
  
  
  
  
• Click on Proceed and it is done
