SlideShare provides you with the ability to embed (place files on other websites or blogs) your files to increase the visibility of your content. You can also embed other users' content that you find interesting on your own site or blog.

To embed a file that has been uploaded to SlideShare, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the SlideView page (URL) of the file that you wish to embed
  2. Go to the top of the player and click on the "Embed" link

       3. Copy the embed code that is provided and place it on your site, blog, or other webpages

My slides have been embedded somewhere (I think - it says embedded 3 next to the slides).

This is great!

How can I find out where they have been embedded?

I inserted the embeded code into our Moodle Education webpage and three instances of the same presentation appear in the browser window.  Why is that and what can be done to remove two of them so that only one instance of the presenation is running within the browser?
