Comments and favorites people make on your content in LinkedIn are only visible in LinkedIn and not on SlideShare and vice versa.

This happens because a LinkedIn user may not have a SlideShare account or someone on SlideShare may not have a LinkedIn account. Also, you may at some point choose to de-link your account and that would break the comments if they were imported.
